We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number via email once it ships.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.

Do you offer international shipping?
